Recruitment Procedure:
Candidates are required to complete an application form. This allows our team to identify any non-accounted for gaps in the applicants work experience. If the candidate is invited for an interview he/she must account for the gaps, if the applicant is unable to provide valid reasons for gaps the application is deemed unsuccessful.
All candidates go through a thorough interviewing process which enables us to ascertain their skills and experience and their attitude to working with the client group.
We require all candidates to provide two proofs of identification when attending an interview.
In line with our company policy it is compulsory for all candidates to provide original copies of certificates for all qualifications obtained.
All patient-facing or roles involving regular contact with children or vulnerable adults require enhanced CRB disclosure checks before candidates are placed in work
We take up a minimum of two references, to cover the last 5 years of employment, one of which must be from the current or last employer.
All international candidates are required to provide original copies of paperwork permitting them to work within the UK.
